One was a female with glasses who was running the ordering section of the store and the other was a male who was very informed about their products (possibly a manager?) I needed some placards for the passing of my mother. The male told me about their 40% discount they had for what I wanted and told me how to do it online. The female offered to hand cut the placards so the very important photos would be seen well and even printed me off a sample to see what she had to do. They turned out perfectly. I thank you both for your time and effort to a stranger going through a loss.
