Literally ignored me, then said “ what do you need?” Continued talking with the worst tone of voice to me. I actually have done a lot of business with Staples for work. I will no longer be doing that. If I had an option for 0 I’d give that.

I had some single and some double-sided pages and I was asking what I needed to do to make sure everything was sent properly. The employee seemed irritated I was asking for help. I ended up with a $148 bill and when I questioned the amount, the employee stated that it was because they were double-sided sheets. I ended up leaving and going down the street to another store and paid $10 to have the same documents faxed. Horrible customer service, I do not recommend
