Lanes blocked by pallets and what look like dumpsters full of misc bagain basement junk in the back where office furniture used to be. No need for me to ever return.

During my most recent visit, I found the store to be severely understaffed and disorganized. I waited a significant amount of time to have a single sheet of paper laminated because the only employee available had just started four days prior. The drop-off process took much longer than the service itself. Furthermore, when I returned to pick up my item at 7:20 PM on a weekday, the store was already closed. As a repeat customer, I have found the service at this location to be consistently poor. I hope they will take steps to address these staffing and operational issues.
