- CJCory Jbro3 days ago1.0I went to ship a package with a small box and that’s what I had. The label was for a small box. Not a small envelope. And the lady tried telling me that I shipped a small envelope yet I was trying to ship a small box with a processor. Do not ever go to this post office EVER!!! I felt absolutely humiliated And embarrassed because this lady That works there was a complete mean And rude person She literally made me undo all my box Work and label just to put it on a different Box that looked exactly like my box And then I had to buy tape because they don’t offer tape or any fragile stickers completely ridiculous!!! I recommend going to the post office in East Lansing. They are very nice people and they don’t treat people like garbage.

Not a single time have I ever received a postage due pink slip until this became my post office. I have now received six in the past four months. This post office needs a full audit.

I know their open hours are out of the staffs control, but only one star for never being open when I need them to be.
