When I called and talked to John he was able.to find my package correct the address and have it sent out the next day. Did I mention I am in Desmoines, IA and she is in Bangor,MI. Thank you for going above and beyond.

How many more times is this going to happen before you instruct the carriers to check all boxes whether there is mail for the address or not?
