How many more times is this going to happen before you instruct the carriers to check all boxes whether there is mail for the address or not?

I’d love for them to have more hours where I can access my box, but I get that the place is old and nice and they’re keeping it safe by only having the lobby open when staff is inside.

If the lobby were open say till 7pm folks could still get their mail. Even 6pm would help. It seems like the P.O. is set up for their convenience, not for the customers. What if you could only buy gas from 9a to 5p. and you could not leave your place of work...how would P.O. trucks gas up?
