My fault that I didn’t tape my box, as it was a return and I misread the instructions. As I turned to look for some tape to purchase, she was very put out and grabbed the box very abruptly as she stated “I will just tape it this time! But next time you should tape it yourself”. I truly hope whatever made her so unhappy today, gets resolved.

- CSCheryl S.Nov 29, 20175.0Early this morning I left home to mail a letter at my local post office in Auburn Michigan, I was in a hurry as I was only walking the several blocks to my post office, it was very cold, I didn’t bother to bring my purse what I didn’t realize until I got to the post office was I neglected in my haste to put one of my stamps on it The very nice clerk I believe her name was Paula, she loaned me the amount of the stamp so I wouldn’t have to make another trip back home and my letter could be mailed right away. That was so nice of her to help me I will replace the cost of the stamp as soon as I possibly can, I am a regular customer at this particular post office and I have found everyone of the employees both carriers and clerks to be very helpful and kind.
