- ARAdam Ross2 days ago5.0Listen I personally work for FedEx Express. This location is one of my stops on my route. Whenever I stop by to collect my packages, I always witness and experience superb customer service from all employees. However T is one employee who stands out far more than the others. She welcomes myself and everyone with respect. She deals with the customers in such a delicate and concerning way. For a while I thought she was the manager, from how she would grace the floor and navigate during busy hours and stressful situations. All in all my experience with this location is always a great experience. Keep up the good work.
