- PMPie Method3 days ago1.0Ive lived in 8 different states, over 30 different cities and this is THE WORST post office I've ever had to deal with. If you live on a second floor apartment, they dont even make an effort to deliver packages cause THEY'RE LAZY. They claim it's because packages get stolen and the postal carrier is on the hook for paying for stolen packages -+ this isn't true. According to The Consumer Affairs Postal Division, once a package has been marked delivered by the postal carrier it is the recipients responsibility and the sender is on the hook for replacement. This place is lazy, the employees are lazy, and the manager who thinks she's god is LAZY. I used to exclusively ship my packages through USPS, but because of this specific location and their lazy employees I now use UPS and if I have to drop anything off with USPS I drive to Omer or Tawas. If this place closed it would benefit the community more than it would hurt.
