I asked if the shipment could be held until Monday since I was out of town, but he was unwilling to accommodate the request. He stated that I should not have scheduled the shipment if I was going to be away. The conversation felt unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.

I see many other similar reviews regarding this problem, and their reply was always “please contact us via email”. Why don’t you just read what customers are saying and reply with what you have done to improve?
