They said over the phone they’d reprint them for me, but now I have to make a special trip out there just for the posters that should have been done correctly to begin with. I only ordered to this location because it was near a client I was working with on the day I picked them up, now I have to drive 50 miles round trip out of my way to get my corrected prints that I’m not at all confident will be any better. At least the guy who rung me up was polite. UPDATE: I drove all the way back out only to find that they didn’t even do the reprints. This is beyond appalling and I will not be using Staples for prints ever again. They wouldn’t even issue me a refund in store, so now I have to call the customer service number. This entire process has sucked. Even the refund won’t be enough because I’ve now spent probably $20 in just gas alone driving back and forth for prints I’ve never gotten.
