- MHMaria HaddenMar 27, 20261.0Save yourself the disappointment and go to literally any other location, and use UPS whenever you can. For some reason, my Amazon insisted I returned this one package by FedEx instead of what it usually is, which is UPS. Amazon said I don’t need a package and they just need to scan the code and they’ll return it for me. The lady working gave me so much crap about it and insisted that I need to buy one of their packages to be able to do it and that she can’t just accept it as is. Even though FedEx, Whole Foods and UPS are supposed to all accept unpackaged Amazon prime returns. She wouldn’t explain why she can’t do it. She just kept insisting she can’t do it. And told me I should go ahead and try another FedEx location. Complete waste of my time and she was super rude about it. I’ve never had a single issue returning stuff at UPS. I buy and return so many things on prime and have never had an issue until today.

The address is correct, I've tried to call and only get a automated thing that doesn't fix anything. Tried emailing and he can't help me. Tried online service and the website keeps kicking me off.
