Paid for express shipping on June 3rd — it’s now the 16th and my package is still “moving through the network.” I’ve called, visited the store three times, and even tried speaking with a manager who hung up on me. No one has answers. My car is about to be towed because the key hasn’t arrived, and I’ll be holding USPS accountable for any extra cost.

- AAADec 17, 20221.0One of the worst run post offices I have ever been to, and I have been to many. One staff at most, long lines and just very poor unprofessional service. Not sure why they are even open here. Just go to the main downtown location.

We had an issue with our mail forwarding so we came in to ask about it and he acted shocked that we came in and said they aren't "customer service" and can't help. The service and his attitude were ridiculous, example of a government run office at its worst.
