Paid for express shipping on June 3rd — it’s now the 16th and my package is still “moving through the network.” I’ve called, visited the store three times, and even tried speaking with a manager who hung up on me. No one has answers. My car is about to be towed because the key hasn’t arrived, and I’ll be holding USPS accountable for any extra cost.

I really don't want it to shut down 😫but, like other reviews have mentioned, coming here is a gamble because it doesn't open at the posted hours. The sign says open weekdays 9–6, but I'm here at 9:30 am and it's closed and doesn't look like anybody is in there. No idea when or if they'll open today. If it's not possible to have it open for all those hours, maybe they could go down to a predictable, posted shortened schedule.
