Package went to Chicago, then North Carolina then returned in about 12 days. Dexter wouldn't fix it, came here for help. 3pm weekday, 10 ppl in line, one person on the counter. Lady says they can't help me. Dexter accepted the incomplete form, won't fix it. Come here they won't touch it, bc it's a Dexter's deal. Told to pay another $90 bc one descriptive word was missing on t form.

Tried calling in the morning, around midday, and the afternoon. Why even have a phone number listed if no one ever answers it??? Terrible service. Thankfully literally EVERY other USPS was able to assist me as soon as I called them, so I won’t be going to this location anymore!
