I had to get fingerprinted for a job offer (postal service) and they would not answer any of my calls for 2 days! I called all day! No answer! I finally went up there in person on the 2nd day after getting sick of calling for hours. I tried to get printed just for them to tell me no and to come back the next day. I live 50 mins away! Lady who printed me was really nice though..

The clerk, Jae, represented every negative stereo type of the USPO slow, no eye contact, no friendliness… I couldn’t believe myself and the other customers were treated- her non verbals were angry and off putting. I’m not convinced the letters I gave her will actually get to their destination as she aggressively tossed them in a bin and one did not make it in. I visited 3 other Post offices in the last 2 days, Roseville, Saline and Madison Heights each of those experiences were a 5 star or above- this location needs improved management and training. I will go out of my way to avoid this location in the future.
