Good experience here, line moves quickly enough, and the staff is kind. There is free parking here too.

One person working extremely slowly to wait on customers today and yesterday. 20 people in line and no one comes out from the back to help. Today waited 1 1/2 hours to mail a package. Terrible customer service! I would rate zero stars if possible!

Unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. They don’t do their jobs, just sit there and look down upon people.

Look, I get it. There are a lot of people that come in to your post office with lots of questions and they haven't read online instructions or there are easier ways for them to do it without coming to the post office. But the amount of disrespect I saw coming from the employees to the customers is just completely unfair. They really know how to make each and every customer feel dumb. I went in to pick up a package that had not been delivered to me. After a long wait, I came to the counter. I was told I had to re-write the entire tracking number down on a piece of paper. When I started, I was reminded in a not-so-nice tone that it had to be legible. Then I was told it wasn't there because the carrier still had it. When I inquired in my absolute kindest tone of voice why it wouldn't have just been delivered, she gave me a ride response and then went back to look again. She did find the package for me, which I appreciated, but the experience overall was not great, and there were a lot of people behind me in line who I felt bad would have to wait so long. The kicker for me though was that after I checked out the card reader kiost popped up a "how was your experience today?" With the 3 faces (bad, medium, good)...AND SHE REACHED OVER THE COUNTER AND CLICKED THE GREEN SMILEY FACE FOR HERSELF! that's the moment I knew I would be leaving this review.
