  Amanda at this location was SO incredibly helpful with a last-minute print project. She went out of her way to help and even took an early lunch to accommodate our schedule so that she would be available when we stopped in the store. Very thankful for Amanda and the UPS Ann Arbor store!

  Walked in 3 minutes before close to get a document notarized that required immediate turnaround; Manager's stamp had just jammed; Manager was apologetic and made her best effort to assist despite trchnical obstacle. I appreciated the effort.

  First of all I like UPS for shipping and convince. Also I can count on them to deliver on time. And, very seldom to I give a negative review but I was really shocked by the service I received. The manager at the 2232 S. Main St. Ann arbor MI store is very rude and unprofessional. I went there before Christmas to send a package and she never smiled, barked orders to her one employee and was impatient with me as she gave out a sigh when I asked her a question like I was wasting her time. I was very disappointed with her service.

  Today was not a good visit to the local UPS store. I showed up trying to ship a small briefcase with laptop, box of shirts and several documents. The person that tried to take care of me could have cared less to help me. She showed no desire to help. Just robotically answer my questions. She asked if I wanted to pack my own box or if I wanted UPS to pack it. I said I would pack it and went on to explain how the package would not be covered if damaged so I said ok UPS can pack it. She went on to ask questions about the package and where I wanted to send it. Gave me a quote for over $500.00. I asked if there were any more economical options and she said no. It costs a lot because you want us to pack it and shipping is expensive. I wanted it shipped 2 days and she quoted me over $500.00, I asked what it would cost for 5 day and she said it probably would deliver late and would cost the same amount. Having 20 years of logistics experience I told her I could ship it to Italy for $500.00 and she said she doubted it. After seeing her terrible attitude I left. Went to fedex and had a wonderful experience. A +25 year fedex employee greeted me with a smile, and helped me pick the best option. He helped me pack it so I would save money and helped me ship it on a 2 day service for $295.00 I opened up a FedEx account on the spot that we will use going forward. I also needed to ship very important official documents that I would have not have trusted UPS to handle and was so happy to have shipped it with FedEx. Great customer service and recommend them. Less than a 5 min drive from this UPS store.

  This location is disappointing. The woman at the front desk had a really cold demeanor. I was forced to purchase several supplies, but then she informed me that they wouldn't insure my package unless they packed it for $50. It felt like a scam. I'd recommend going to FedEx instead!
