Talked to customer service per 800 number & was given tracking info & the address & phone number to this location. Placed the call & it was confirmed that my letter was at this location. So upon arrival I was told I didnt speak to any of their associates & the letter wasnt there. I showed the associate the number I called & she agreed it was the store number but insisted no one there spoke with me. She was rude throughout our interaction. She gives me the 800 number & tells me to call them . I decided to place my call in the parking lot & not leave. Call the 800 number & the associate once again verifies my tracking number & gives the location , which indeed IS this location. I ask the 800 associate to remain on the phone , I return to the front desk & the same associate trys to dispute that the letter is there. She tells me the tracking number isn’t associated with her store. The 800 associate hears this & informs me that the letter was sent to them 1030 am the previous day. The rude associate asks for the tracking number & THE DOCUMENT IS INDEED AT THIS LOCATION. NOT ONCE DID SHE APOLOGIZE FOR TELLING ME I DIDNT TALK TO NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION CATION OR FOR NOT LOOKING THE INFO UP WITH THE TRACKING NO#. She just asked for ID & gave me my letter with a nasty gesture. I thanked the 800 associate for staying on the line with me . Unbelievable service , I will NEVER go to this location ever again , nor will I ever recommend anyone to patronize this location.

We had a ton to ship to many different locations, and Keyana was able to guide us through it all efficiently and as if she was our teammate. We had a lot to get through post wedding, and Keyana made this process easy and fun for us.

During the time that I was there, she handled the arrival of a large shipment, 3 return drop-offs, 3 calls, a notary job, and a fax. She did this efficiently, professionally, and never lost her cool. I honestly don't know how she did it.
