  Always enjoy dropping off packages here. Great customer service from Anatoli as always! Was fast, knowledgeable and solution oriented.

  Not the first time I've had rude employee experience at this UPS Store. In the past, had an employee just standing at the counter doing something on his phone literally not acknowledging me and another customer who was waiting. It was super uncool. But today I finally decided to write as I had another bad experience. Today, as I approach the store, I see a woman on the sidewalk holding packages. As I get closer, she tells me that the doors are locked yet we can clearly see 3 customers inside. Granted, it's 2:52pm on Wed, 12/31...New Years Eve. A customer from inside leaves and as he exits, he sheepishly says to the woman and me that he was instructed to not let us inside as they close at 3pm. I felt bad for him as clearly he did but want to be the messenger especially when both the woman and I point out that's it's not 3pm. The woman and I are just dropping off prepaid packages so I hold mine up to the window motioning that I'm just dropping it off. After a few minutes, an employee comes to the door and says they close at 3pm. I say it's 2:55pm. With an eyeroll and a scowl, he thankfully takes both of our packages but reminds us that he's not supposed to. Huh? I'm confused since it's not even 3pm and all we're doing is dropping off. No paperwork needed. He was condescending and rude to the woman and I and seemed like he was trying to make us feel stupid for daring to attempt to drop off a prepaid package at 2:55pm on New Year's Eve. What rebels we were! Anyway, that's my documented experience. Overall, customer service does not seem to be a priority for this location. I do notice there's a new UPS Store at Scio Square (Jackson/Zeeb). A bit out of the way, but I'll make an effort to give that one a shot next time.

  I’ve used this UPS Store location a fair amount over the years, and have never had a negative experience. Yesterday, when there to return a package from over the Christmas holiday, Anatoli was the epitome of a professional… friendly, helpful, and efficient!

  Anatoli was a BOSS! The only employee in there with a massive line and he was taking care of two customers at a time going back and forth between kiosks. All the while cracking jokes and making people feel welcome. He even remembered a customer who had been in two days earlier asking about his package. Very hard worker and very wonderful customer service. Amongst all the holiday craziness!
