I see many other similar reviews regarding this problem, and their reply was always “please contact us via email”. Why don’t you just read what customers are saying and reply with what you have done to improve?

Be sure to ask for a receipt for the drop off. If you don’t ask for it, they don’t give it. They will not help w/tracking or looking up anything.
