The estimated delivery was constantly incorrect and I still have not received the package a week after the original projected delivery date. It was a time sensitive package and when I called to try to pay to expedite the shipment I was told nothing could be done and it’d arrive that day. Only to be let down and projected delivery changed. Absolutely terrible and unhelpful customer service.

The manager said she could make it more secure and crumpled up a couple of pieces of paper and put them in the box. Turns out those pieces of paper cost $2.99. Ridiculous. USPS has much better prices, I will be using them next time.
