Rude! Showed up with my daughter at 4:33 2 days before Christmas and the door was unlocked. I went to open it and the lady said “we are already closed.” I stated I thought it said 5 online and she said “it can’t your wrong. We’ve never been open until 5” larger older women who thinks she is more important then she is. Post office is bleeding revenue and the “federal employee” thinks she’s above everyone else and customers don’t matter. Her overinflated ego is the problem with society today

Always getting the wrong mail. Never get our own mail. Tracked packages always are on time until they get to this post office, then they’re late if you get them at all. I never received one of mine. Postal carrier left it in a parcel locker but must have accidentally put the key in the wrong mailbox because we never got it. They would not take responsibility and kept blaming us saying they did their job according to their records. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but all I got was rudeness from everyone and no apologies. I was out money and made to seem like I was lying about them. I try to now have as much of my mail as possible sent to my family’s house just to assure I will get important things or items I have paid for. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to do that, but the people out here are so incompetent and rude!

I agree that the lady in front is very rude and needs to find a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. She is not a people person.
