There have been two times where I have received notifications saying my packages were delivered, only to find them nowhere. First it was medication and next it was a very expensive clothing order. I called and the man was very kind and did try to help me but was unable to do so. My friend had a packaged delivered to the wrong mailbox and I believe that is what happened here. I am not out a TON of money and do not understand as a government establishment how this happens so constantly. It will not let me file a claim due to no insurance so I am screwed over.

They're mean and rude and will go so far out of their way to make sure you don't leave happy. This is the second time I've gone without mail for an extended period of time and I am out of options. Zero stars. This place needs all new staff to function properly.
