- CSCole SFeb 13, 20261.0To add to what Weston Kotecki said a year ago, these people do not want to do their jobs and will gaslight you. I received this note after I had already gone to the post office to collect all my mail to which the lady could only find one thing. I have never had this issue in the 3 years of living at my place until this past week. The staff are extremely miserable people. I am now without all my mail that wasn't delivered after checking for it everyday, which by the way, I got a package yesterday and took it out. They even placed a fake vacant warning card in my mailbox that had a date written that had passed 2 weeks prior. I know this for a fact because I CHECK MY MAIL and would've sorted this out if I saw the note.

Last package I dropped off, she would not allow me to rate my experience, as I was prompted to do so on the payment screen. Instead she turned the screen around and put in the response herself. The nerve. Usually have a good experience with other employees. Just her.

She seemed like she didn't even want us there. I've never felt so unwelcomed in a place before. I would avoid this place at all costs if you want to be treated kindly.

Which is now in the mailbox). When I stopped into the post office, one of the ladies behind the counter offered to follow me to the mailbox and open it for me.
