- DODana O'BrienNov 18, 20251.0I should have read the reviews before I went to mail a package. I wanted to mail a package for a friend's daughter with bath and body works products. Told me I needed a hazmat printed label...asked if he could print it for me for an extra price he said no and then when I asked where I could send the package he told me Kalamazoo was the closest place. Since i fact check everything i actually found a Ups shipping in allegan?! Thanks Allegan post office.....for nothing. Try taking care of your customers....its really not that hard to be kind and helpful.
- TRTheresa RigoniJan 13, 20241.0Got a slip that they couldn't deliver. I was home and literally watched the usps truck drive by. Driveway was plowed. It's even a circle driveway, how much easier could a delivery be. But chose to take the time to write a slip versus leaving the vehicle.
