- PBPayton BrandlyDec 24, 20251.0This stores customer service is absolutely horrible, I came in to be assisted with printing a picture on a mug, which when I went there before only took like 20 minutes, so the manager came up and instantly had an attitude because I wanted that done. He kept saying that it wouldn’t be done until Friday and since it’s after 12 PM, then he proceeded to tell me the store closes at 6 o’clock when it didn’t close until seven so they wouldn’t even have time to do it this whole time he was being very rude, rolling his eyes getting mad and walking away. This manager‘s name is Jordan and should be fired! So very rude!!!

Every time I go in the store there is a line of customers at the Amazon, a line of customers at the register and a crowd of people on the back wall waiting to be helped all the while there’s 2 other employees walking around or in another aisle scanning things while Jordan is the only person manning the front and helping customers.
