  Never have enough employees so always a long line and they always looks miserable working and talk with each other about leaving early infront of a long line of customers. If Amazon is lined up they leave helping those customers to help people checking out or with questions but they arrived after most in line for Amazon so not really fair should help people according to who's in line first. Very unprofessional and this is after 20 visits to buy things and return things. All around needs someone to improve all the work atmosphere.

  Staples had a great promotion and were easy to work with. I ordered business cards. The sales associate was accommodating and helpful.

  Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told I needed to go to the tech line to get helped printing something off as out of 6 seen staff members, only the manager knows how to hit print apparently. Manager wanted me to wait behind a computer repair then when I addressed that I was actually here before these folks, he basically told me it didn’t matter. Then when the nice folks offered to let me get what I needed done, claimed it would take 15 minutes to print two pieces of paper?? Store is disgusting, and disorganized. The staff is disorganized. The manager is rude and lazy. Adrian library printed my two pieces of paper in 30 seconds, save yourself time and trouble and just go there.

  This stores customer service is absolutely horrible, I came in to be assisted with printing a picture on a mug, which when I went there before only took like 20 minutes, so the manager came up and instantly had an attitude because I wanted that done. He kept saying that it wouldn’t be done until Friday and since it’s after 12 PM, then he proceeded to tell me the store closes at 6 o’clock when it didn’t close until seven so they wouldn’t even have time to do it this whole time he was being very rude, rolling his eyes getting mad and walking away. This manager‘s name is Jordan and should be fired! So very rude!!!
