- RBrita beltonFeb 20, 20261.0I called to complain about my packages being left at the mailbox on the ground in the snow. Our regular carrier usually brings the packages that don't fit into the mailbox to the house. I explained this to the clerk that answered the phone. She proceeded to tell me I needed a tracking number and a picture to prove that a carrier did this and that the package had been delivered by the UPS. I explained to her that I am a retired carrier of 35 years and I think I can read a package and tell whether it came from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. She continued to tell me that the package couldn't have come from USPS and that the UPS delivery person was doing it. The boxes were clearly marked USPS ground. A total embarrassment to the service.!!!
- TTTim TimJan 21, 20261.0It said walk-in appointment for passport applications at this place is between 1 and 2 pm, we come in at 1pm and a blonde woman tells us that we still need an appointment and she can't do it today for some reason while the place is empty, then she says how about trying a different place? Well how about doing your job? Anyways, went to the one in Wyoming where they did it in 20 minutes. Lazy and unfriendly, don't bother.
