- SSSarahDec 26, 20235.0Sam was AMAZING to say the least. I thought they closed at 5pm, not 4:30 so i show up at 4:15 and i go in, totally unprepared with a bunch of stuff to ship to Georgia. No box, no tape, nothing. She weighed my items, picked my box, put my box TOGETHER, explained my options to ship it.. Sam did this with such fluent ease and kindness, i will only go there from now on. She really made the whole thing quite pleasurable. THANK YOU Sam!!!

First, the zip code for this office is different than the zip code for the street on which it is located. They don't tell you this when you rent a box here. If you enter the zip code that the street has, your mail will be sent back. Every single package I have ordered from Amazon and Walmart have been returned. And I've tried entering my street address as well as this joke of a po box address. Went in to get a money order and the woman behind the desk says you have to have an ID to use a debit card. Really?? Since when, the dark ages? I've bought countless money orders from other post offices and never had to have an ID. The people here are not friendly at all and act like they are doing you some big favor by being there. Decided to take my business somewhere else. I'll be getting a box at UPS. Don't fool with this pathetic excuse for a post office.
