My packages never get delivered there is always an issue and I end up having to go down to the post office. My mailbox is always left open getting my mail soaked every time it rains. The post office absolutely never answers the phone. Every time I have to go down there I get an attitude. I understand they are short staffed but this has been going on for way too long and nothing is being done about it.

- LHlinda HendersonApr 20, 20181.0The mailman NEVER delivers my packages. Instead, he says that he attempted delivery and requires me to pick it up at the post office. I am disabled and do not drive. It is less than 1/2 mile from the mailbox on the main road to our home. Therefore, it is his duty to deliver. We have complained to the post office several times , but the carrier continues this behavior.
