Because of the lack of explanation, I was sent back and forth multiple times unnecessarily. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. This experience wasted my time and could have been avoided with proper communication.

- LHlinda HendersonApr 20, 20181.0The mailman NEVER delivers my packages. Instead, he says that he attempted delivery and requires me to pick it up at the post office. I am disabled and do not drive. It is less than 1/2 mile from the mailbox on the main road to our home. Therefore, it is his duty to deliver. We have complained to the post office several times , but the carrier continues this behavior.
