- NBNelson BeaudryDec 6, 20251.0The Windsor post office has declined severely in the last several months. Lost mail, no mail, late mail. Getting old. Only deliver mail on certain days now it seems and that's iffy at best. I don't even know if we have a new postmaster as the previous one has retired. As of 12/6/25, I have not seen a mail delivery for almost a week now.

The worker I spoke to said they would hold them for a few days and I even explained the way to find my address, but I can SEE the tracking where 2 packages weren't delivered for insufficient address and then processed for return to sender less than 20 minutes later! I won't even bother getting my packages delivered anymore if they won't deliver and give me less than half an hour with their already narrow window to go pick up packages during operating hours.
- DDDan DustinDec 27, 20211.0Windsor post office is a joke. The guy in the lobby should retire because he can't seem to do his job right. My girlfriend had a certified mail that was supposed be delivered we miss the mail carrier the first time so we went to the post office to get it and they lost it. So they had her sign it so the carrier could leave it in the mailbox when they found it. So the Mail guy at the office called the next day and said that they found it and would put it in the mailbox box. That never happened and now they lost it again. The guy can't do his job right be very careful if you use this Post office they will lose your mail. And the mail carrier is famous for putting mail in the worng mail boxes. Because he doesn't pay attention to his job. This post office really needs to fire these people and hire someone that can do their job right and not lose people's mail
