- JCJenna CaswellJul 29, 20251.0If I have any choice in the matter I will never return to this post office. Unfortunately, I live closer to the Moody Post office and have a PO box there but also have a street address in Wells. At rare times a package may end up at the Wells Post office and they immediately reject it. I can understand the annoyance of this but a call was made and staff agreed to hold the package for me this time. When going to receive the package the clerk orrognally was going to refuse to look for it, stating that whoever called didn't speak to anyone in this building. She looked, the package was there, and she reluctantly gave me the package. I'm not sure I have experienced such horrible customer service in my life, and this was not the first occurance at this location. Due to this treatment I will continue to utilize the Moody Post office despite the challenges as their staff are wonderful.

I asked to have the packages put in front of the garage and they said the packages were undeliverable because the carrier/post office were too lazy to deliver the items. When I went to the post office to speak to someone and try to get my package they were dismissive and rude. The staff did not even try to see if the package was there. They just said they couldn't give it to me. This place is very UNHELPFUL AND HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..

There is no reason for having such an attitude when you are working in a federal position. Why are we subjected to such treatment in Wells?

I thought this was the United States Post Office that my taxes pay for. We travel the US and NEVER had this happen. Very rude!!!
