Ivy was extremely friendly, patient and above and beyond helpful in assisting us with our cabinet selection and finding an iPad that was on sale but out of stock. The cabinet was marked the wrong price, but she was able to get the manager to honor the lower price. Ivy personally helped find and put the heavy cabinet in our cart. Ivy also helped us locate an iPad that was out of stock in store and online at another Staples location. We truly appreciated her kindness and great customer service and hopes Staples will reward her well for her hard work and efforts.
