I came in with my child, I’m a single mom, I’ve been getting mail that isn’t mine and wanted to return it so I decided to go in today.. my son was pressing buttons on the machine and the man at the desk asked me to stop him so I did and my son was getting upset at me so I was gently explaining to him why we can’t press the buttons(he wasn’t at this point) and the man said very sternly and angrily to keep my child away from the machine so I abruptly left and cried on my way out… I’m sorry I have no childcare but he was under control. Thank you for making me cry.

If your staff can not pay attention to what they are doing, they should not be working there.
