The young woman with dark hair working the front counter was unwelcoming from the moment I stepped inside. There was no greeting, no smile—just a cold, dismissive tone that made me feel like I was an inconvenience. What stood out most was her constant interrupting. Every time I tried to explain what I needed, she cut me off mid-sentence with abrupt questions and no willingness to actually listen. The overall interaction felt tense and unnecessarily combative. It wasn’t just a lack of warmth—it was a complete lack of professionalism. I left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected, and I have no plans to return to this location. Customer service is about attitude. When that’s missing, nothing else matters. Why would I continue to engage in a conversation with somebody who constantly interrupts me doesn’t even have a smile talks over me and has like some sort of an aggressive attitude no thank you never again while I visit that store
