One through Happy Returns (UPS) and another from TikTok that had to go through FedEx. The instructions I got were really unclear, but David was patient, polite, and super friendly the whole time. He never made me feel stupid for not understanding, and you could just tell he’s a genuinely good guy. Staples has a real winner in David, great customer service and even better attitude!
