Tracking stopped giving updates other than saying “should be there by next business day”. That would have been 2/9. Still did not receive. Went to the office 2/10 to pick it up. Surprise, it’s not there. The worker told me to leave my number and she would call me by the end of the day on 2/10 to update me. Never called. Never got the package. Tried calling the office but no one ever answers the phone. I’ve paid for the shipping on this package. I’ve paid my taxes. Do your jobs or close your doors and let a competent company take over for you.

We'll, here it is December 30th and my grandchildren still have not received it. Does anyone know who I can call? Except the post office because they don't answer the phone. - LBLucas BertoNov 26, 20254.0I seem to have great luck with them only one time they delivered my package to the wrong house and it was a Christmas present so I was pissed and still am, never got it back but that’s the only time that I have had an issue with them. Sometimes the driver will be lazy and put my package UNDER the mail box or on top if the package is to big, not happy with that either but theirs one driver who is amazing and he drives like a white minivan whenever he delivers here everything is perfect, same time everything he’s not lazy and he does a great job. But other then that everything is good with them
