- ABAnnette BuehlerDec 28, 20251.0I retired from the USPS, this office has consistently violated postal delivery regulations, not only for me but numerous other customers in the business district. Several complaints have been filed with only temporary appeasement. The carrier on this route seems immune from accountability or delivery regulations. Her vindictive attitude towards anyone voicing their concern on her incompetence is not an attack on the recipient but also the paying mailer. I am sick of her incompetence and the failure of her supervisor to hold her to the regulations draw in the DMM, POM and even her own CBA. The Christmas package was the last straw, the Nov package was a extreme example of violations, the Dec, pure laziness and disrespect for delivery rules. I'm not done yet.

Utilize there services almost on a weekly basis. We at Bromar Printing Solutions in Skowhegan, Maine depend on that our mailings to be processed and out. Having adequate amount of mail trays, lids and mail bags are important to us. The postal workers have been helpful anytime we have shown up. Christine is a shining example of how to balance positive energy and getting the job done. Over the years we have had a few hiccups along the way and that is why I am giving 4 stars. There is room for improvement, thank you.

Thank goodness there is other post offices around to help when sending something out. The other guy that works in there has always been very helpful. But this woman was RUDE RUDE RUDE.
