Glad to see im not the only one who has had an issue with Jesse at this location. Came in to send a package and the lady behind the counter who was helping me was nice and polite. There was an issue with my package and while I was just trying to get clarification on the issue because I was a little confused and caught off guard, Jesse decided he would chime in and was aggressive and rude about it. All while he was also with a customer. Maybe get this guy some hospitality training. I just wanted to make sure in the future I didnt do anything that would prevent me from sending a package or cause any issues, apparently Jesse takes offense to that.

A very quick and very pleasant experience. The gentleman who helped me out today was polite and extremely helpful. Clerk 16, thank you very much!

I rarely leave reviews but the employee named “Jesse” at this location is extremely rude, I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid him and this post office. I watched him belittle an older woman in her 80s because she was confused and not understanding what she was not understand. Absolutely awful representation for this towns post office.

I came in looking for my package. The representative Jesse was absolutely super dismissive and rude. I explained how I put the address of the post office on my package due to not having one right now and he completely lied and said nothing gets delivered to this location. After telling him thats not true I picked a previous package up a week ago from here he proceeded to dismiss me and give me a number to the “other” location while stating “They probably won’t answer because they left already”. After calling the customer service line and finding my tracking number online, I went and showed him it sated my package was actually at this location. He goes in the back for the first time to find my package and comes back with it and does not apologize or acknowledge his mistake. I absolutely ask for a different representative every time I go to this location now! Terrible customer service!!!

Woman in front of me was asking a simple question about what she was being charged for. The employee was rude and unprofessional telling her to not worry about what the screen said she was being charged. He was getting loud and verbally combative. As the person behind her I spoke up and said I agree with the woman about his (the employee’s) unprofessional conduct. He then claimed that we only said he was unprofessional, rude and wanted the manager because we (the random woman and myself) were racist. I couldn’t believe it! Claiming two people he didn’t even know were being racist! I said that his conduct and lack of professionalism was why we inquired about speaking with the manager. It was outrageous for him to claim that. Another employee came out and tried to tell the guy to calm down too. I normally don’t write things like this, but felt compelled to inform people since it was so terrible and frankly offensive (for us the random customers). Be safe out there everyone.
