  I am at this location frequently and until now have had an OK experience. Today I was told that they would charge me for my "free" Amazon return. I bring in the product with its original box _exactly as instructed by Amazon_ and was told by the staff behind the counter that they will now charge $3 if the box isn't sealed. So I could leave and make another trip back, buy one of their tape dispensers for $5-8, or pay them $3 to put a single piece of tape on it. UPS Scarborough, if you have issues with how Amazon asks people to process returns, then take that up with them and stop penalizing customers. This told me that you care more about a single piece of tape than your customers.

  Arrived at the store at 7:50 and waited until 8:10 — the doors were still closed, so I left. There were about ten of us waiting in line outside. It would make sense to have employees arrive early enough to prepare for opening on time. We showed up early because we had planned ahead, and it’s disappointing when the store isn’t ready. To make matters worse, several people in line recognized the older gentleman opening the store — he’s known for being grumpy and rude — which didn’t help the impression. Not a great look, guys.

  Thank you for the wonderful packing job to ship my bottles of syrup back to Alabama. I thought the price was very reasonable. I had my doubts about it going the distance but it made it and my husband said it was packed very well. It also made it there on the expected day. Thanks so much!
