My mail was supposed to be held over there, and the customer service phone number told me that I could pick my mail up earlier than the end date. But then the woman told me, "That's not the norm here." And then gave me a phone number to call instead of just going through the bins and giving me my mail like she was supposed to. She was very rude and I think that she is just useless. I would give this zero Stars if I could.

Mail truck drove right by. NO MAIL AGAIN. EVEN THOUGH I GOT NOTIFICATIONS!!!!!! I GO out 1/2 hour ago. There is yet another mail truck feet from my house. No longer playing nice nice. Have already had to go the post office 3 times to pick up mail. Was told to rent a mail box. Really?

Threw my package in the bin and had zero regard. There was nobody else in the whole post office not sure why he was so irritated and bothered because he was obviously not busy. 👎 Update: after sometime away I returned and was greeted by an exceptional employee named Santos. This is what customer service should look like. He's a great addition. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
