When they called me back I picked up and they just hung up... Update: I fought with AI again and I ended up being connected with someone who didn't speak good enough English and also couldnt help me.

I'm in my 70's and today's technology can be intimidating at times such as today. Fortunately, an employee by the name of "Blaise" noticed I was having difficulty and was kind enough to offer his help. If not for him, I might well still be there! I wanted to use this opportunity to thank him for his thoughtful kindness and to commend UPS for having an employee of his professionalism & character.
