- OBOlivia BennettJan 17, 20262.0Not helpful employee. He sent everyone to the kiosk when he was doing nothing, and wasn’t even helping any other customers. It was rude and frustrating for many of us in line.
- GGgraceJan 13, 20261.0old guy with beard is very rude and unhelpful. I asked him a couple questions about my amazon return and he was like i’m not sure you’ll have to read what it says. He acted like i didn’t even understand how a return works . I asked him again just to make sure i did it right, and the same response was given and he laughed at me with another customer. Don’t understand why he can’t do his job.

Very friendly, patient, answered all my questions and even honored a coupon they didn't accept. I got my packages out without a headache and peace of mind. Will use again.
