- HFHilary FurrowDec 5, 20251.0Very disappointed. Service has been bad over the years, and keeps getting worse. They have lost several of my packages over the years- but this last one says it’s being held to pick up at Sabattus but they are claiming they don’t have it. Looked around once and told me to try filing a claim (not easy to do, actually). Zero help or responsibility, not even an apology. I try to be gracious, especially during this busy time of year, but honestly it makes me so uneasy ordering more Christmas gifts knowing this.
