- ELEmily L4 days ago5.0Staff are really nice and efficient. There is various counter space if you need to prepare your package. This location is really busy so there will be waiting and lines can get really long. I believe they close for lunch. It would be so much better if they get those new self-service kiosk to scan, buy labels, and drop-off packages, like at busier locations!!

- CCChris ChaseAug 6, 20251.0Scanned package as out for delivery, then it updates and said preparing for delivery. So they sent it out but decided to not send it. Delivery time changed 3 time and stopped showing if they will deliver it at all. Don’t think they even know what they are doing over there. I wish Amazon would let you choose who to ship an item with. I don’t have these problems with UPS or FedEx
