All the staff here is kind and work as fast as possible to move the line along quickly. They do this while also treating each person with high quality and patient service. Doing both at the same time at likely the busiest post office is the state is something I have immense respect for.

Deering St Portland. Parking in a handicapped spot for 20 min and laughing it off when mentioned. You should be ashamed of this delivery driver.

I have never had a bad experience here. Postal workers are friendly, calm and knowledgeable. The self service machine is easy to use when I need it. Depending on the time of day, the lines/wait time can be long (thus 4 stars rather than 5), but it is because workers are helping people and answering questions. Wish there could be more people working behind the counter to solve that problem. Mailing packages at PO is always cheaper than at the delivery companies and they’ve never lost a package. Have always had great home delivery people too, no complaints there at all!
