I was moving across the country and decided to ship some very important items using this location (including my dogs cremated remains and professional end of life photos). I received the package soaking wet and open...I had placed the photos inside a wooden box and put them inside a backpack, the backpack was still in the box with everything in it but the box of photos. There are also clothing items missing from the box. No note or anything was left indicating the post office went through my package but somewhere along the way the box had been opened by a post office employee and items were removed (the box was handed directly to my sisters from the post man so no it wasn't porch pirates). I also sent my friend a purse for her birthday using this location and two months later the package still hasn't been delivered.....

Popped in to ship myself some books I bought since they weren't going to fit in my carry on and had the pleasure having B assist me. I've never shipped anything to myself before while out of town, so I'm very glad to have had B go above and beyond in helping me with the process. Best experience I've ever had in a post office.

The guys who work here are so helpful and friendly and kind. It’s so refreshing. I will always come to this USPS because of the customer service. I think of them is named Joe. I hope they get a raise!

Apparently, I'm just one more person to have experienced some form of bigotry at this location, if comments here and elsewhere are to be believed. I suggest POCs and people of foreign origin take their mail elsewhere until USPS does an internal review of this location. Pretty shameful.
