Stand in line for her to not even look to see if my package was there but to tell me oh no, I don’t know when it will be here even though it says it was left at marginal Way not it’s going to be at marginal way later. She says check back in a few days like my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Absolute worst absolute worst person ever . ….bullshit u most certainly did not say check back at 11 or I would’ve checked back at 11
- TRT RDec 22, 20251.0Crappy location and greedy staff, they don’t follow UPS policies. They tried to charge a $4.00 for a package that already had a pre-paid UPS label and everything. They said it was a mandatory “drop off feel”. This defeats the purpose of prepaid labels and a UPS store. If they try to do this to you refuse, it is against their Franchisee Agreement and prohibited by UPS Corporate.
