However, I have had several negative experiences here in terms of customer service recently. Many of the people that work there are condescending and unhelpful. I have been told the wrong way to ship something with no suggestions on how to do it better, they have acted irritated when I have had questions or fumbled for things on my person or in my purse. If you have a disability, this is especially rude and apathetic. The art of good customer service is truly lost.
