I had accepted a temp offer from this agency but then got an offer literally the next day for a role I found for myself that paid more and was what I wanted industry-wise, and when I told the RH recruiter, he not only screamed his head off at me but he made me feel threatened, scared, and all around sick. Throwing insults and biting words my way. I was 22 at the time and scared out of my mind as is, being unemployed and desperately seeking a good job that could pay my bills. I was spoken to so poorly and so terribly by this recruiter that to this day, 8 years later, I still get uneasy when I see anything about this recruiting agency posted. They allowed their recruiter to speak to me - someone in such a vulnerable situation- so inhumanly that I can’t ever see them as a respectful agency again. Do better, Robert Half.
