  Purchased a computer monitor online and product was shipped in original packaging. Package was left out in the rain in the driveway instead of on the porch or in the drop off house at the end of the driveway. Came from this location. Thank you FedEx!👍

  I'm not even sure if this is the best place to do this review as it concerns customer service and just FedEx in general. I had purchased a replacement phone to be delivered in two days, of course it got delayed right before we are supposed to be leaving for the holidays. The package was supposed to be at one location, when I went to pick it up it had been shipped to this location. When I went there to pick it up, they didn't know where the package was, it could've either been out on a truck or somewhere in their warehouse but there was only one person working at the time. Now after driving around for almost 2 hours, I still don't have my phone or even know where it is. I called customer service and she just kept apologizing and saying it should be delivered by the end and of the fa

  Absolutely horrendous experience with FedEx. I paid for overnight delivery with an 8:00 AM guarantee. By 10:00 AM, the package had still not arrived. Attempts to get help through FedEx—both online and by phone—were completely useless. It was nearly impossible to reach a live person, and no meaningful assistance was provided. After hours of trying, I finally spoke with a representative who claimed the package would arrive within an hour. At that point it was already around 4:00 PM, and the tracking information showed the package in Tennessee. I am located in Maine—clearly, the representative had no idea what was actually happening. Later that night, I received a notification stating the package would arrive the next day by 9:30 AM. Once again, that deadline passed. The package did not arrive until around 2:00 PM. This failure had serious real-world consequences. I am a healthcare provider, and this shipment was critical for patient care. A patient had been scheduled for the entire day, waited over an hour, and ultimately had to leave without treatment. He then had to be rescheduled—twice—despite driving 1.5 hours each way to my office. This situation not only wasted the patient’s time but also damaged my professional reputation through no fault of my own. The lack of accountability, ineffective customer service, and complete absence of apology were extremely disappointing and disrespectful. Weather was not a factor; conditions were perfectly fine. There was simply no excuse. I strongly recommend against using FedEx for any time-sensitive or important shipments.

  A frustrating situation with missed delivery attempts and being mislead by the call center and and driving through a snow storm after being told an important phone was waiting at the 95 Hutchins location. However Diane at their Portland location # 95 Hutchins was kind, understanding and went above and beyond being accommodating. She was FABULOUS to me after being mislead by the contact center while I had to drive in a snow storm from Lisbon while simultaneously dealing with a leg and nerve hip injury. Diane, thank you for the kindness and the extra comfy chair for my hip nerve. Your kind demeanor and listen made my afternoon better. Thank you for taking good care of me. You rock!
