They refuse to ship packages that other post offices will ship no questions asked. Wasting my time having to drive to another post office just because the woman that works here hates her job or her life or something
- NBNathan BishopDec 20, 20251.0I'm not one to put reviews online unless I have had a stellar experience or the polar opposite. Unfortunately in this case, it is the later. We have loved in the same location for nearly 4 years and still receive the previous residents mail even after making notations and calls to the office. I have made numerous calls to try and receive a new key due to their lack of maintenance to the box we have. An ever more major issue that we run into nearly every time is that the drivers do not pay attention to package addresses and size. I have lost yet another package due to their ignorance. I have given this location more than their fair share of chances with nothing but disappointment in response. If I could get ahold of anyone at the office I would not have to make this review.
