Most recently, they stated that my driveway was inaccessible, even though we had cleared it the day before. They always promise to try again, but it has taken several weeks for the item to be redelivered in the past, forcing us to go to the post office to pick it up. I am unsure if they need more staff or what should be done, but I have never experienced such inconsistency with mail delivery until moving to Poland.
