- AParie pomNov 27, 20231.0Every time i call i get a very rude older lady who cant seem to be bothered. You work in customer service try to show it. My package is somewhere in oblivion and due to forwarding i guess which i was unaware of. I recently did a change of address but wanted to keep getting packages at the old one she snapped and said “thats not how it works” and when i asked where or who i needed to reach to get it figured out she said “ i dont know go online” I will be calling and speaking to a manager.
