- HGHillary GSep 6, 20231.0I would give it 0 stars if possible. I had ordered something for my aunt. Didn't realize she had a PO box, I only had physical address. I obviously tracked the order and saw it was out for delivery then returned back to Post Office....I called and the woman who runs it says it couldn't be delivered because she doesn't have a mailbox at her physical house. So she was returning to sender....she was actually looking at the package while she was on the phone with me and said she couldn't put it in her PO box because on the address label it didn't have it on it,however she knew my aunt and knew what box belonged to her. I called the hub in Waterville and explained the situation and was told if it's there she should just put in her PO box(especially since she knew exactly who's it was) the Waterville PO called the postmaster in Kingfield and he made sure that he spoke with said lady. Long story short Phillips Maine PO lady is not very friendly or helpful. She won't go out of her way clearly.
