She should not be working with the public. People go out of their way to be there within the limited hours, the associate should not be a jerk!

I gave her repeated times to come around and apologize for her behavior but she never did. One time she said well everybody has a bad day when I had said she could be a little kinder. And she told me I could go to Mexico. she quite rude.

Most of us have to travel out of town to work, and these hours are not working people friendly. Working in Auburn M-F 8-5 this post office makes retrieving packages nearly impossible. Additionally, don't expect a friendly face. The lady working has no regard for kindness. She has been unpleasant on several occasions. Do better!
