- BFBryan Flaherty5 days ago1.0I’ve had a mailbox for months now and they’ve delivered there plenty of times but on this particular day the reason it wasn’t delivered is because it said no mail receptacle found. The same day I go to the post office to pick up my package and they had already returned it to sender. Maybe give it a day or two on packages for customers to come pick them up. Whoever worked on 1/07/26 needs to be more detail oriented and maybe open their eyes.
- WWWilliam6 days ago1.0I had two packages " out for delivery" one was delivered on my porch . Probably too big for the mailbox. The other one is being held at the post office at customer request. I am the customer and this is news to me. I am so tired of excuses. The carrier simply does a terrible job. can't pay attention. get a new one please!
- JSJP SperanzaDec 13, 20251.0UPDATE!!! It is 9:04 pm Monday. I did this review Saturday night (2 days ago). Along with all the mail and packages I didn’t get Saturday, I had a handful of items “out for delivery” today and guess what… NO MAIL AGAIN!!!!!!!!! So 2 DAYS OF MAIL AND PACKAGES! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! Unfortunately, it appears the only lady that truly cared about making sure people got their mail correctly just recently left (Tracy) I’m super happy she got a promotion and moved to a better opportunity with usps. But now… now us folks on the outskirts of Oxford are screwed. I’d say maybe 3 out of 6 days a week (that mail is supposed to be delivered), my mail gets delivered the day it’s supposed to. The rest of the time, there’s an excuse. In most cases, it arrives the following day. HOWEVER, there’s been many many times poor Tracy had to do a full blown investigation to figure out where the hell our mail ended up. Multiple times a week, I have items out for delivery that just don’t show up… on top of that, they get scanned somehow as DELIVERED! The inconsistency absolutely blows me away. The reasoning for my review today is this. I had MULTIPLE items out for delivery TODAY that I needed before Monday. Guess what… NO MAIL! I went to the extent of checking our mailbox (1/8 mile from my house) at 10:20pm tonight to make sure, and nothing. This has to stop. The main purpose of a post office is to get people their mail… start making it a priority.

We are living with family while our house is being built at first they wouldn’t deliver till my mother in law signed some form. Now they say they won’t deliver because we don’t have a mailbox. And signing a from isn’t a thing they say. MY MOTHER HAS A MAIL BOX WE AREN’T living at our house they can’t understand that for whatever reason. They just don’t want to do their job.
