This is made worse by the fact that LITERALLY EVERY USPS order I have ever made through this location has gotten messed up. If I could call them and fix it, then it wouldn’t be an issue… but I can’t!

She was getting ready to go to Arizona for a couple months to visit her twin sister, whom she hasn't seen in almost 25 years. She wanted to put a hold on her mail, buy some stamps for postcards to send back to her grandkids, and inquire about getting a passport (because she and her sister are thinking about going down to Nicaragua with a church group, to distribute donations she recently raised from a bunch of people during a Trump Inauguration party in Bangor. I was expecting it to be a miserable experience, but the gentleman who helped us ("Gary") was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. What a great experience from the U.S. Postal Service!! Kudos!!!
